Okay, I know I look crazy, but just wanted to share my happiness. I completed 3 challenges (last one was unsuccessful according to the scale)
1st challenge lost 28lbs
2nd challenge lost 22 lbs
3rd challenge lost 16 lbs (had to do tilapigus)
Since April, I've been waking up and making it to this 6am class. I've been working out almost every day. I feel happier, I am stronger and I am wiser. People even ask me for advice(who would have thought that I would know different workouts).
Now, a few years ago, I lost 85lbs. I ate like crap, I worked out, but somehow I still pulled it off. A year later (after an accident), I gained it all back plus 20. In 2015, I got my gallbladder removed due to stones and a lot of discomfort. I still complained about pain after I got it removed. Now, a few years later, I am back on my journey. In 4 months, I lost 67lbs!!!!!!!!!!! This weight, will NOT....will NOT come back. Guess what, I can count on one hand how many times I've complained about stomach pain (probably during the off week, lol).

Since April, I've been waking up and making it to this 6am class. I've been working out almost every day. I feel happier, I am stronger and I am wiser. People even ask me for advice(who would have thought that I would know different workouts).
Now, a few years ago, I lost 85lbs. I ate like crap, I worked out, but somehow I still pulled it off. A year later (after an accident), I gained it all back plus 20. In 2015, I got my gallbladder removed due to stones and a lot of discomfort. I still complained about pain after I got it removed. Now, a few years later, I am back on my journey. In 4 months, I lost 67lbs!!!!!!!!!!! This weight, will NOT....will NOT come back. Guess what, I can count on one hand how many times I've complained about stomach pain (probably during the off week, lol).
Thanks Tyler and Kira for kicking my ass every morning! Thanks for pushing me even when I just want to turn around and go back to bed. Thanks to the other legion fam for the inspiration, dedication, encouragement and compliments...You all keep me going!!!!!! I have decided to join and am going to keep pushing towards my goal.
P.S. My feet lost weight(shoes literally are flopping off), my rings fit me big, i had to buy a belt, i gave away 10 jeans, i am wearing clothes that i wore yearsss ago, my stomach doesn't hurt anymore, i can run up the steps without losing my breath and sooooo many more NSVs.
